Job Details We are a young, dynamic and rapidly growing German start-up business for
design furniture and accessories. We are looking for a manager for our
customer service team.
Key tasks including
- Manage all customer relationships to ensure a superior shopping experience
- Define and enforce standards for a high-quality customer service
- Ensure timely response to all customer requests regarding
products, orders, etc.
- Support customers in their purchasing decisions
- Track timely delivery of orders and address any issues pro-actively
- Coordinate with other teams and ensure that customer insights get
reflected in processes accordingly
Requirements
- Experience in customer service and customer relationship management
- Management experience
- Experience in setting up efficient and effective processes
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for design and furniture
- Very reliable and diligent
- Self confident even in stress situations
- Fluent in German
- Willingness to work in line with German business hours
